By contacting, hiring, or using the services of QC Big Spring Fence ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all service requests, estimates, contracts, and work performed by QC Big Spring Fence in Big Spring, TXand surrounding areas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
QC Big Spring Fence provides fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Big Spring, TX and the surrounding region. Services include but are not limited to wood fence installation, vinyl fence installation, chain link fencing, aluminum fencing, privacy fencing, gate installation, fence repair, and fence staining and sealing.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, material supply, and our scheduling capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by QC Big Spring Fence are based on information available at the time of the estimate. On-site estimates are free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if material costs change significantly between estimate and project start. We will notify you of any material price changes before proceeding.
Prices quoted are for labor and materials as specified in the estimate. Work outside that scope is subject to a separate agreement.
Project scheduling is confirmed at the time of contract signing or verbal agreement. We make every effort to complete projects on the agreed schedule. Weather conditions, supply chain delays, or circumstances beyond our control may affect scheduling. We will communicate delays promptly.
Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee to cover mobilization costs, materials already ordered, or scheduling losses.
QC Big Spring Fence reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a project due to unsafe working conditions, permitting issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
Payment terms are outlined in your project estimate or contract. In general, a deposit may be required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific payment schedules for larger projects will be included in the written contract.
Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or not begin work on accounts with outstanding balances.
Disputes regarding payment must be communicated to us in writing within 10 days of invoice receipt.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, disclosing known underground utilities, and ensuring site access on scheduled work days. Failure to contact 811 (Texas811) prior to dig projects may result in project delays. We recommend customers contact 811 at least 3 business days before any digging begins.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will advise you on typical permit requirements, but the responsibility for permit acquisition rests with the property owner unless explicitly stated otherwise in your contract.
QC Big Spring Fence stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, if any, are included in your project contract. Workmanship warranties cover defects in installation but do not cover damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, misuse, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear.
Material warranties, if applicable, are governed by the manufacturer of the materials used. We will assist you in pursuing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
Except as expressly stated in your contract, services are provided "as is" without additional warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, QC Big Spring Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any project delays.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project.
We want every customer to be satisfied. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us directly first at projects@bigspringfence.com or by phone at (432) 263-5703. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Texas.
QC Big Spring Fence reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when posted to our website at bigspringfence.com. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
